I aim to dispatch candles within 1-3 working days of the order date and send them via Royal Mail standard delivery. You’ll have an option at checkout to choose 1st or 2nd class delivery.
Free U.K delivery is available for orders of £35 or over; these will be sent via 2nd class delivery.

During busy periods such as Christmas and other important holidays, the postal service will be delayed so I recommend buying early to avoid disappointment. Due to this, I will wait to resolve any issues until the amount of time recommended by Royal Mail has passed.

I have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.
To be eligible for a return, your candle must be unlit and returned in the original packaging it was sent in.
Unless in the case of damages, the amount refunded will not include postage. Return postage is paid for by the buyer.
To start a return, you can contact me at email@example.com for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong
